In order to perform any transaction through the e-shop and to make any order of the company’s products, you will be asked to provide some personal data. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your full name and surname, the address for the delivery of products, your phone number and a valid email address. Our company is not to share this information with any other entity or use it in any way without your agreement. Although we shall not be responsible for any personal information you submit to third parties via our website.

Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT 24%). If your card is not charged in Euros but in other currencies then you will be charged in accordance to the exchange rate of the day of the transaction. Please note that the prices on this website do not include delivery costs, a sum that will be added to the total amount due upon completion of your order. Upon sending of the order form you will receive a confirmation via email.

Payment can be made by PayPal,  and any other method which is stated on this website. If for any reason you do not wish to use credit/debit card as your payment method, we can offer Cash on Delivery service (for Greece residents only).  We take good care the payment methods through this website are secured but please do make sure to follow basic security rules for online payments.

You may enter into a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.

SHIPPING

We ship safely using ACS courier service for Greece. When all items in your order are in stock we will process the order within 24hours and then it takes up to 2-3 working days for it to arrive to you depending on where you are based in Greece. If your order is placed over the weekend, your items will be shipped on the following Monday. When ordered items are not in stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Patch the project insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.

If you are unhappy with our products in anyway, they can be exchanged provided they are in a saleable condition. Items must be returned within 7 days of being received by you.

We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the same condition as delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

We will not accept returns for any items that have been used or if the packaging has been destroyed (For hygiene reasons earrings are excepted). Please make sure to keep the original packaging if anything is broken as otherwise the shipping company will not take responsibility. Upon receipt of an order, you should notify us by email at info@patchtheproject.com on the same day if there is a problem. Please check items thoroughly before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns of faulty items will be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We take every responsibility to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before shipping. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair ware and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting info@patchtheproject.com about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned product(s). Please note refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.

Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international custom duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.
